Too little sleep, too many sea chanties. Look over there, a change of subject! Are you really getting a liveaboard?

My wife just emailed me this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1937-Custom-Cruiser-42-Sloop-Sailboat-MN_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZQ7c301Q3a1Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a30QQ_trksidZp4634Q2ec0Q2em14Q2el1262QQhashZitem1c0a38c2aaQQitemZ120430576298QQptZSailboats

It's something we're looking at.

Something more mobile than a houseboat....

You know, of course, the official nautical definition of a boat?

So... Did you meet any magical, crazed new friends down at the dock with the kiddies? Maybe she merely meant the large, fancy public docks they have just finished constructing downtown in the Intracoastal waterway? Man, when I was little I would sometimes seek out the most disturbed-appearing individuals to approach. Mom is right—it is a miracle I was never kidnapped.

(Underline it all you want, LJ. The word is "intracoastal".)
